We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully. Romans 12:6-8

Pastor Andrew Schlecht

Pastor Andrew Schlecht is a disciple of Jesus Christ, husband, father, grandfather, and son on a great adventure. He received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of  Arizona, eventually becoming co-owner and president of a successful architecture firm in Tucson. Answering God's call to pastoral ministry, he resigned in order to attend both Fuller Seminary Southwest and Luther Seminary, eventually receiving both a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry from Luther Seminary. Andrew  served as pastor at a church in North Dakota for over twelve years. He was called in 2020 to serve Maricopa Lutheran Church (MLC) where he lives with his wife, Vallorie. They have four children and six grandchildren.  He has written three books, including an inspirational book that’s available on Amazon, Where Am I? God in the Details of Life.
