The primary setting for faith formation is living in a faith community (church) and our relationships with parents, friends, family members, coaches, Sunday school teachers, and pastors who model faith and create space to wrestle with the difficult questions of life.
MLC's goal is to support you as you seek to disciple the children and youth in your life so they grow in faith. Below are opportunities for children and youth to participate in our learning community. Valuable resources are available on our Family and Faith Formation page.
These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates. Deuteronomy 6:6-9
